Rwandan international midfielder Hakim Sahabo could leave the Belgian Jupiler Pro League side, Standard Liège, just one year after joining the club from Lille as he is linked with a move to the Premier League and German Bundesliga.
according to Belgian news outlet l’Avenir Sport, premier league club Leicester City is reportedly willing to pay $ 5 million to secure his services.
German Bundesliga outfits TSG Hoffenheim and Eintracht Frankfurt have also expressed interest in signing the 19-year-old.
Sahabo has two years left on his contract, but the clubs are ready to trigger his buyout clause to sign him.
Sahabo made a total of 18 appearances for the Standard Liege senior team since club coach Ivan Leko promoted him from the youth team in January.
