Rayon Sports FC resumed training on Monday 18, December at SKOL stadium as the Rwanda Premier League second round moves a step closer to a return.
Aruna Musa MADJALIWA missed the session as he is recovering from heel injury. Isaac MITIMA didn’t train due to a knee injury. Joackiam OJERA and Charles BBAALE are yet to back in Rwanda after they had given a permission to go in their motherland. Youssef Rharb will fly back to Kigali in this week.
In the core of all the chaos and confusion at Rayon Sports’ technical staff lately, at least we have some good news to talk about.
Ngabo Roben, a spokesperson for Rayon Sports FC said, in Flash FM’s program Umufana, that Rayon Sports is about to hire a new coach: s it can be either a head coach or assistant coach.
It’s understood the club have finally opted to continue with Mauritanian Mohamed Wade as the first coach and sign the assistant coach instead.
The 37 year-old Mohamed Wade who started the season as assistant coach, is acting as caretaker, after the sacking of Yamen Zelfani.
