Rwanda champions APR FC is on the verge of agreeing personal terms Nigerian defender Franklin Onyeyabole Chukwuebuka as his move to the army side from Sunrise FC beckons.
Franklin has been in fine form for the Nyagatare-based club during the first round of the Primus National League, missing only two games out of 15.
The 23-year-old defender joined Sunrise FC in the summer of 2023 from Nigeria Air Force FC.
It is understood both APR FC and the Nigerian are about to finalize the talks. AS Kigali has also showed interest in the him.
