Liverpool FC’ Egyptian forward Mohamed Sala will achieve an exceptional feat in the club’s history if he scores against Sunday visitor Nottingham Forest.

The 31-year forward has scored in all of Liverpool FC’s four home league games so far this season, against AFC Bournemouth, Aston Villa, West Ham, and most recently Everton.

If he manages to net against Nottingham Forest this Sunday, he will become only the third in Liverpool FC’s history to score in each of the opening five home league matches of the season.

Harry Chambers did so in 1922 and it took 65 years before John Aldridge became the second player to achieve it in 1987.
